#DerbyTheatre is deeply saddened at the loss of freelance Videographer, Richard Swainson.
Rich was a crucial artist in the region, working with numerous companies, theatres and festivals across the region.

Never want to be that guy but absolutely HATE how many hoops you have to jump through to speak to an operator at any big company. Terrible experiences recently with utility warehouse and today with @EE - more operators and fewer robots please!!! Half an hour on hold and counting
