been watching #PowerRangers and #SuperSentai as well as #RoninWarriors a lot lately, and had make a quick attempt at the heroic last stand against the villain

I don't know how I would wanna go about it, but very tempted to take the Super Sentai formula and try and put it into a fantasy setting for a future writing project since I grew up loving Beetleborgs, Power Rangers, and Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog

Never been much of a plotter when it comes to writing. Honestly not sure how plotting typically goes, but I have started with 14 pages of things I want to figure out before starting, and the list goes on. 2026 is the year, I can feel it

going back and rereading one of the first stories I wrote when I got back into writing after graduating high school and I've come a long way. still not the best, but oh man I'm better than that guy

I think this year has been a success on the reading front. I don't read as fast as most people I know but I managed to read on average about 2 books a month. more if we account for the fact that I didn't start reading this year until like April

also would take breaks between books. if I was more consistent, I probably would have hit about 40

while I have hit the word count for the writing challenge I was doing, I have not finished the chapter I am currently working on. will have to go back and finish that at some point but today is not a writing day. wonder how far I'll go
