Great Job AGAIN @FedExHelp @FedEx . Nowhere near being in sight of my house. This has happened over the last 2 years. We complain and it stops for a month or so, but then back to food on the trash can!

@FedEx is horrible! Back on 11/24/23 I ordered a generator. Delivery date was 12/1/23. Tracking showed it “on the truck for delivery”. It never came. The following week I went round and round with them. Finally on 12/7/23 @FedExHelp sent me an email stating that THEY lost

status changed to “pending” and still sits there today. The company tells me they will refund my money and I can purchase through another site and get it shipped without @FedEx . The problem is I bought on Black Friday and saved $200. Now it will cost me that much to order a
