may have found a cheaper fix to the basement flooding problem thanks to my roommate. replaced my boiler spending money on house repairs witwix owes me 400$ for the last 3 months or so

my basement flooded again (exactly 1 year and 1 day from when it flooded last year) for different reasons besides the repaired stuff. I'm growing more white hairs this year
