GJ Kinne is one of the best young coaches in #CFB. At just 37 years old he's already got Texas State Football competing and he has turned the program around. Texas State had won 23 games in the 8 seasons before Kinne and they've won 23 games in 3 seasons with Kinne. Coach Kinne went on to sign the BEST RECRUITING CLASS EVER In Program History in 2026 by AVG Recruit Ranking, bringing in talent this program has never got from the High School ranks. The 2026 class is led by 4 star WR Lakeyleon Graves who's 6'2 185. Graves should make an impact this fall. 3 star WR Xavier Warren should fit well in the Bobcats Offense and 3 star QB Easton Webb should develop into a starter down the road. The future of the Bobcats Football Program looks promising as long as Kinne is Head Coach.
