ALT Decarbon8-US How does it work? Start-ups: By June 21, cleantech entrepreneurs apply for funding, and a rigorous selection process is undergone with the help of sector and investor expertise. Eligible companies are early stage, market ready, and aligned with specific decarbonization priorities. Donations and Investments: Decarbon8-US uses tax deductible donations and grants to invest in early stage companies whose technologies and business models accelerate the transition to environmentally sustainable solutions. Anyone can invest, at any time, in any amount. Returns: Contributions between $1-$20,000 are tax deductible donations to the Fund. Any returns from investments made with those donations will be automatically reinvested in later rounds--Increasing your impact!
