A vigorous cold front will move across the BC interior tonight. In the wake of the front, strong southwesterly wind gusts will develop over parts of these regions overnight. Yellowhead and Prince George specifically will see strong Northwest winds.
These strong winds may lead to possible tree damages, local power outages and travel delay.
Winds will ease Wednesday morning as the front tracks eastward.

#BCWildlife becomes difficult to see in #BritishColumbia at night. 👁️Watch👁️ for the WILDLIFE signage, as the signs are easier to see than the animals. Traveling at the posted road speed is how to most safely travel/coexist with wildlife, according to the @BCHwyPatrol statistics.
🔹Be vigilant when driving at peak hours when wildlife is most active: dawn and dusk. If you see one deer🦌, watch for others, as these animals seldom travel alone.
🔹Keep your vehicle in good shape – make sure headlights, windshields and wipers are clean and in working condition. Always wear your seatbelt.
