Staff development initiatives under EASTRIP, supported by @WorldBankGroup, have included PhD, Master's, and short course training, as well as staff exchange programs with Ethiopia, Kenya, and Tanzania.
These programs have facilitated co-development of curricula at Regional Flagship Institutes(RFIs).
