Lots more analysis needed, but in short 'For Woman Scotland' have won - the appeal has been unanimously allowed. As the court says - no group has won. Trans people are protected, but there is now greater clarity and protection for women.

1/3 Last year, alongside other members of the CPG on Volunteering, we signed a joint letter urging ScotGov to retain the current fee waiver for volunteers in QVOs applying for membership of the PVG scheme. We also responded to a consultation on the proposals.
