We are excited to announce that @CaliforniaDSS has awarded our Phoenix project in West Oakland with $5M in grant funds to assist in the construction of 101 affordable units!

Yesterday was a great day to celebrate breaking ground on 59 affordable rental apartments in West Oakland, including permanent supportive housing units.
We even had a rainbow!
