🌊 EBFA welcomes the BBNJ Treaty entering into force (17 Jan). Today (6 Feb), registration opens for the 3rd session of its Commission (23 Mar–2 Apr 2026). It builds on UNCLOS, recognises RFMOs’ central role and strengthens conservation and sustainable use of the high seas.
