Itβs been a while since I posted a case. Recently saw a young man with exercise-induced SVT despite flecainide bisoprolol. Did EP and induced an incessant AT from LA with isoprenaline.

Earliest A in CC 5,6 but LA floor signal not early enough. Mapped into the CS and activation seems to be inside the CS body.

CS venogram prior ablation inside CS with STSF, 20-30W, flow at 8ml/min, terminated AT and non-inducible. Applied 3 lesions there. Whatβs the experience of others ablating deep inside the CS?

One of the risk factor is poor heart (cardiac) function (heart failure).
If you are a heart patient, ask your cardiologist two questions:
1. What is my heart function? (Ejection fraction of <30% is at significant risk)
2. Am I at risk of SCA?
