ECHO will improve these areas’ critical infrastructure and essential services via a multi-level Resilience Ecosystem. This a network of people and institutions that make societies safer, adaptable and prepared like Critical Infrastructure operators, Emergency Service Providers and local/regional authorities.

The Projects to Policy Seminar concludes!
We met with fellow resilience projects & @EU_Commission at panels & sessions. Among the key messages was that resilience lies in both project themes & the projects themselves, uniting innovation with communication to ensure a safer EU.

🔐 POSVET O ODPORNOSTI KRITIČNE INFRASTRUKTURE
V dvorani Državnega sveta je potekal posvet o nujnosti oblikovanja strategije za odpornost kritične infrastrukture, ki ga je organizirala Komisija za državno ureditev v sodelovanju z ICS in Slovenskim združenjem za korporativno varnost.
👉 Ključni poudarki:
➡️kritična infrastruktura je temelj delovanja države in družbe – od energije in komunikacij do zdravstva in transporta;
➡️varnostno okolje postaja vse bolj kompleksno (kibernetske grožnje, podnebne spremembe, geopolitična nestabilnost);
➡️nujno je tesno sodelovanje vseh deležnikov in celovit pristop h krepitvi odpornosti;
➡️predstavljena je bila evropska strateška podlaga v okviru projekta ENDURANCE in ECHO;
➡️izpostavljen je bil pomen prenosa evropskih usmeritev v nacionalni okvir;
➡️razprava je odprla vprašanja vrzeli v obstoječih politikah, zakonodaji, pristojnostih in operativnih zmogljivostih.
