It is time we create accommodations for our students who are walking into our schools with trauma and adversity! We cannot afford to wait for an IEP or 504. These accommodations make sure that we as the educators are being consistent and predictable!

Excited! Last lecture 4 cohort 7 this week & I’ve been preparing today as we’ll address the trauma cycles which turn into an “ Infinity Loop.” When there is a fracture in relationships, 90 percent of the ‘stuff’ is from the past, and only 10 % is about the most recent conflict!
