Okay, I tried to stay quiet, but this is getting out of hand. Jensen has said multiple times that fanfiction and shipping are completely fine and that fans can enjoy whatever they want. But his own interpretation of Dean as an actor is valid too. Disagreeing with a ship doesn’t make someone homophobic, and having a different view of a fictional character should never lead to harassment or even threats. Let’s respect both fandom creativity and the people who brought these characters to life.
