For National Biomechanics Day today, we saw some EB Aycock students in AVID show off their speed and agility! 🏃🏽‍♀️👟 💻 #NBD2026 They also learned more about our techniques in biomechanics, sport performance science and strength and conditioning to measure and improve outcomes.
