The problem we have in Edo State, Benin City to be precise, is that we don’t have good drainage system, most axis dont even have drainages, no lands to build retention pond and most Iya our forefathers left behind for such flood have been sand filled and sold out, every stores and locations that have gutters they use it as waste bin. Our governments have no clue of how to tackle flood.
