Hotel complaint—I made a refundable bus trip rez at @TownePlace in Brooklyn NYC. I cancelled the next day. They still charged me 1 night. I contacted them with rez confirmation AND cancellation number and manager said he’s unable to find or help. WTF @MBonvoyAssist

I was served this ad by @WyndhamHotels and did what was necessary for supposed 10% discount. No small print, no legal disclaimers. But the customer care team told me discount only applies to certain hotels & certain dates when I asked why I didn’t get it. @FCC #false advertising
