- Keep your backpack as empty as possible, only the essentials. Snacks, notepad/paper, deckbox, mat, meds
- Don't just hydrate with water. Get electrolyte packets, prep your first bottle in the morning and bring a spare packet for mid day. Way better than straight water for focus.
- If your match finishes early, don't ruminate on the match (win or lose). Get up, walk around. Listen to music if you prefer, or chat with friends. Don't talk about your match much if it all with others, prep for the next one
- Eat every 2 rounds, even just a little bit. Don't wait until you're starving round 5 and only remembered because your stomach suddenly hurts.
- Keep the bladder empty. Clear bladder clear mind or whatever Aristotle said
- Eat a solid but not-too-heavy breakfast. If you need caffeine, take it ~1 hour before your first round.
