GOOD NEWS UPDATE Colorado Senators Zenzinger and Liston (EMSAC's 2019 EMS Legislative Champions) were successful in amending the Colorado state budget to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for emergency medical transportation by 2% on a vote of 20-15.
