Really sad to say we have lost one of our work family. Nas was a lovely person. She would do anything for anyone. I'll miss your little notes you use to leave me. I'm in shock @WLthtr

I'll be wearing yellow tomorrow. Very pleased to see how many of our staff have completed our MH risk assessment training and @WeCanTalkCYPMH training. We are there to listen and support. π» @YoungMindsUK

Yesterday it was one of our patients 50th wedding anniversary. We got his wife a card and he signed it. We got them a cake and they enjoyed some time together. Today she brought in a card! π @WLthtr @rachel_sansbury @katebamber2606

After 2 weeks of not feeling great today I went out and had a lovely walk. Antibiotics are working and I'm feeling myself again. Hopefully get back running next week π
