NEWS: Rep. Adam Schiff said Tuesday that the 1/6 select committee plans to go "straight to subpoenas" for witnesses they expect to be "recalcitrant."
He says the Jan. 6 committee is moving at a significanly faster clip than the 9/11 commission did.
