The IRGC is discussing retaliation after Israel bombed Beirut. Previous attacks on Israel didn't deter further strikes on Beirut and only gave Israel reasons to target our homeland again. Future responses from Israel may be more extensive if IRGC hits them with missiles again.

@POTUS didn't take significant action. Striking infrastructures or a remote island's water storage don't show strength. A real threat would be attacking an empty government facility in Tehran as a warning. They exploit those actions, claiming human rights, etc.
