NEWS: UMass Lowell guard Xavier Spencer plans to enter the transfer portal, his agents @nigelcarter_ and @nolanwillett3 of @WEAVE told @LeagueRDY.
Spencer played just one season at UMass Lowell and was named to the All-America East Third Team this season.
