Survey on transition from paediatric to adult care for children receiving home mechanical ventilation The purpose of this survey is to investigate current practices, perspectives, and challenges faced by healthcare professionals when managing the transition of patients receiving home mechanical ventilation from paediatric to adult care. Participation is voluntary and consists of completing an online questionnaire, which takes approximately 5 minutes.
