Re-opened recruitment to play two sports. Sometimes you gotta do what you believe in and find the best fit. And this #dude will succeed in both sports. Loras getting a great one on and off the field/court! Congrats, Bobbo!

Hey @Square...been sitting on hold for 25 minutes now, waiting for a sales person to talk to. Second day in a row...I had to give up yesterday. If this is how you treat new business, how do you treat existing accounts?

This was likely from last season since Illini won, but so true on why the “good” coaches coach. My guys are getting to college-aged now and I love getting texts from them to share how they’re living life. It’s an honor to get unsolicited notes like that.

Love this, Coach. First I heard this was from @UACoachMurphy at the @IHSBCA1. And bragging on my son a bit...it's one of the things that makes him such a good player to have on a team. I don't know that he learned it from me, but I'm proud (and glad to have a word for it, now!)

It means finding joy in others' success.
Celebrating when your teammates, friends, and family win as if their victory is your own.
In over 50 years of baseball, I've learned that the most successful teams aren't just talented.
They're united.
They lift each other up.
Whether it was the 2007 Rockies or the 2013 Pirates, our greatest moments happened when we celebrated each other.
Life's not a solo sport. It's a team game.
The game taught me about more than baseball.
It taught me about life.
