Why don't they just make the global effect delayed to later in the game?
I don't see why you should have a disadvantage in toplane for my botlane winning lol
For those who don't know:⬇️
If your team lvl added > enemy team level added
Then your wave becomes stronger and pushes -> denying you resources
(your minions are also stronger if u have taken a turret more than the enemy on a specific lane as well)
