Remember F.A.S.T for the signs of a stroke.
Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile?
Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there?
Speech – is it slurred?
Time – it’s time to call 999.
When stroke strikes remember to #ActFAST. nhs.uk/actFAST

Watch his story in our film online at stroke.org.uk or stream on Channel 4 from 26 May.
📢 📺📻
We (@sachanevsky_ & me) want to understand the impact of #aphasia on watching videos (TV, internet) or listening to audio (radio, podcasts).
