Market is all over the place but no clear value on the Lion’s Boost. Very negative to FD. Not a play for me

MGM Rangers Boost (NY/NJ) EV: 8% QK: 1u This is only 2% EV to Pinny, but 16% (and a fairly substantial arb) to Circa at 148/-168. Rest of market is in between. FD and ESPN both suggest around 8%, which I think is a fair estimate here.

MGM Lion’s Boost EV: 7% QK: 1u This got a lot better after Brandon Miller was ruled out. Starts soon so I just quickly devigged to FD, not sure how it looks to other books. I’m sure it’s good for at least 0.5u tho
