He also served as the main focal point for the election training activities, and in the last 10 years he trained over 1,000 observers from various countries. From 2005 to 2015 he served as Executive Director of the Institute for Democracy, a Macedonian-based think tank.

From 2002 to 2005, he was the Program Director of MOST, a civil society organization and he co-ordinated the reform of the Macedonian election legislation. Vladimir has a background in political science and holds MA degree from the University of Graz, Austria.

Isabelle Roth Borucki is a professor for Methodology and Democracy in Digital Transformation. She researches political organisations, comparative politics, and information technology and the internet in politics, with a focus on methodological integration and dialogue.

She previously worked at the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and the Dutch Electoral Council, organizing elections in the Netherlands. Her academic research focuses on electoral integrity, electoral law, electoral fraud legislation and the use of e-voting in elections.

Her PhD thesis was on the comparative development of electoral fraud laws. She has published in and edited special issues of journals dealing with elections. She has worked with the Venice Commission of the European Council, OSCE/ODIHR and IFES as an independent election expert.
