@SeanCBass You are correct about the 3 spot. Because of the delay, if you call in after the 3rd ebrake you are already 60ish seconds behind and fighting busy signals. Saying that I still listen to the 3rd one on low volume incase it is better.

60ish seconds after they play the ebrake also can mean the first 2 candidates each have a couple votes piled up already. The outlier is when they replay the 3rd one and help the voting buffer with the delay.
