#Voiceover is not an easy career. Itā€™s a career where you have to fight for every winā€¦and keep going through every loss. A lot of highs and just as many, if not more, lows. On top of that, you have the stresses of life.

Prioritizing not only your physical health but your mental health is super important throughout your career. Take care of yourself, go for walks, go outside, do yoga, go to the gym, get your sleep, eat right, limit social/video gamesā€¦and youā€™ll notice a world of difference.
