Let's talk about work flow:
-as bloggers, we get a lot of submissions every day, usually between 40-60 new tracks every day
-the best way to ensure that we listen to your music is to send it on SubmitHub
-if you email your music or message us privately, we may not get to it 1/3

-if it's in our submission feed, we will get to it but we may not approve it
-the art of curation means that we have to say no to many so we can feature the few we believe in
-our current approval rate is around 6%
-that means we average around 350 subs and cover 21

-we do this work part time around our jobs as educators
-we try to write about these songs in short playlist articles so that the fans of those artists can find similar artist/genre/mood fits
-this is a labor of love and we do our best to meet deadlines and be semi-professional

There is so much good music in the world, y'all. I mean there's a lot of bad music too, but the good music more than makes up for it.
I listen to new music every day. I write about it several times a week. I still can't get enough. LOVE
