While teenagers are working summer jobs to buy cars abroad, a medical doctor in Nigeria has to do heavy calculations to afford transportation and feeding, is that normal to you? Many young men and women are avoiding marriages today mainly because of money, not lack of spouses . We really need to ask ourselves some genuine questions 🤦‍♀️

This reminds me of when we moved to Auchi. My mom found a house, paid 3 years rent in advance. Just over a year after living there, everything turned upside down,Nothing was working anymore. People began to warn my mom to leave the house, saying same thing has happened to people who moved there before us. Not minding that we still had about 1 year’s rent left, and without asking for it, my mom rented another place and decided we should move. The day we were moving, the landlord blocked us and refused saying we must stay all 3 years in that house. We fought him and he blocked us with his sons, my mom had to involve the community chiefs who intervened and saved us that day . Terrible experience.
