Had a customer in the store to bottle their wine. Hardly unusual, it's what we do. They wanted to put new tops on, so had to remove the old ones. Again, not unusual. We typically cut them off
I had to explain the best way to cut them was to use the sharp side of the knife.

For decades we've been able to see some incredible and amazing videos of nearly unbelievable events. They were fun to see.
Now, no matter the source, so many people immediately default into "It's A.I." We have entire TV shows about these video. They are not all A.I.

I hit someone's cat on the way into work. Big truck, little cat, he didn't feel anything. I stopped and went back to take him off the road. I went to the house it looked like he was headed towards and spoke to the homeowner.
While she did have a grey cat, it wasn't him.

We had, had. a local microdistillery. This is their whisky. It wasn't bad.
He bought and moved the business but failed to get a new Liquor Lic. Basically photoshopped the old one. He got caught. Also caught Doordash and Skip Dishes product without age checking.
He's shut down.

t's no secret that I like to get small batch, microdistillery whiskies and local wines. I have been denied access to microbreweries due to my Celiac.
I found a local brewery that advertised a Gluten Free product made from sorghum, the same stuff Red Bridge, one of the best GF

beers uses. So, I get in the car to day trip in and talk to them in person. I had a lot of detail procedural questions for them. Turns out, I didn't need to bother. They got bought out and the new owners were dropping the GF and they were out of stock, none on tap.
