Did you know? Chicago-style deep dish pizza was invented by @UTAustin alumnus Ike Sewell, who began serving it in 1943 at his Chicago restaurant Pizzeria Uno. At UT, Sewell was president of his freshman class and a three-time football Letterman (1925, '27, '28).
