All good. I had fun. It's better than stealing reports from every reporter in town and claiming them to be yours.
Lou Merloni has been awful at doing the play by play, where is @MikeMonaco_ ?

So far this World Cup has been a great reminder that we make too many assumptions about one another, and that the vast majority of humanity is awesome. It's been pretty damn refreshing, honestly.

He does this a few more times, a Misiorowski can be a Maddox with 10 strikeouts.
We might just have to go back and rename every great Greg Maddux start "a Misiorowski"

Wilyer Abreu has played in 65 of the Red Sox's 66 games so far: "It's very important to me. I wanted to do that since I came here. I wanted the opportunity to play every day. It's something that's important to me. I'm just trying to stay healthy, have the chance to play every day, and keep doing the same thing every day."

Willson Contreras gives me Genghis Khan vibes. No, I will not be explaining myself.

2. A couple of strong returns on the trades with the Cardinals. Willson Contreras 65 G, 270 PA .293/.389/.537/.926 10 2B, 14 HR, 41 RBI Intense competitor plays with a fearless confidence. Sonny Gray 8-1, 62.1 IP, 12 GS 3.03 ERA, 1.20 WHIP 51 K/16 BB Crafty veteran has quietly pitched like an All-Star.

I've been slamming the Red Sox as a team a lot lately, so as a pallet cleanser, here are some good things individual players are doing. ๐Ÿงต

7. They have enabled me to reunite with @Hogdale_ on @stooldirtywater. Hogblood is expanding his portfolio with @HogYaps where he talks about movies, anime, comics, literature, and music.

8. I like Chad Tracy. I think he's handled an extremely difficult situation with dignity and professionalism. I have no idea if he's the right manager, but I hope he isn't scapegoated. He'd at the very least be a solid bench coach when they inevitably restructure the coaching staff in the offseason.

He's deserving of it but no more so than Willson Contreras, whom I also don't think will make it because of the poor season the Red Sox are having. I suppose Payton Tolle or Ranger Suarez could make it. Pretty sure Aroldis Chapman will be the sole Red Sox representative though.

People who know soccer better than me- is the US good, is Paraguay bad or are both things happening at the same time?

Both the Red Sox and Cardinals did well with the three trades Bloom and Bresbot have made.
Replying to @joesox1 @EdHand89
Got to give Sonny Gray a ton of credit tonight. Breslow does deserve credit for the Cardinal trades. I wondered how Gray would do back in the AL East. He's killing it.
