It’s almost like the UK is incredibly diverse, god this DEI hate is so fucking stupid and racist. It just ignores the history that makes it hard for people from historically discriminated backgrounds to get into a career. They’re basically blaming low productivity on diversity
Britain has more DEI employees per head than anywhere else in the world, the highest tax burden since 1948 and record migration.
