Omg this half term has been immense. I knew it was going to be. I spent most of Easter hols worried that id taken on too much and wasnāt sure how Iād manage it all but manage it all I have. Need to muster up energy for today so the kids donāt notice just how shattered I am then

Genuinely interested in experience. Does everyone elseās council operate in a way whereby they operate in a clique? Only commissioning the same people in that clique to work on projects that seem to just be created by that clique? Itās become really obvious now. Where else?

I do feel that as a female teacher you canāt be honest with reflections/views/observations etc of children today ie saying that sometimes teaching can get on your nerves or children are becoming more xyz. I think that all of a sudden you are judged by parents as being cold, harsh

& perhaps not the āMiss Honeyā character they want for their child. I sometimes wonder if men get this or if they feel more able to be honest & say it how it is without the judgement or disappointment etc.
