As #WearOrange Weekend commences, a medley of emotions envelops me - sadness, fury, and an invigorating spark of hope. The sadness comes from the immense number of lives lost to gun violence, an unnecessary tragedy that stings with every beat of my heart. My anger arises from our society's apparent acceptance of this violence as routine, normalcy that is anything but normal. Yet, amidst the grief and the anger, there remains a gleaming beacon of hope. Hope, because tomorrow can offer a different narrative, one where the story of gun violence is replaced by peace and security. We have the power to make this change - and it begins today. #EndGunViolence

Teachers want to be validated, affirmed, understood, and appreciated... if these four corner stones are in place, teachers will shine and the ultimate benefactor will be the students...
You never know who will show up @EdcampNJ! It means so much that Dr. Repollet took the time to attend something that means a lot to teachers who are always looking to improve and connect with others. #EdcampNJ#pln365@rose_norcia@DrLRepollet
