Can I take a moment to promote YANA @yanafarming for those in the rural environment affected by stress or depression.
Rural folk can often suffer particularly from loneliness and other issues, and the amazing folk at YANA are there and able to help. If you need to use them, they're there. If you don't need to use them, consider donating to support them.
I have no connection to them other than thinking they're great.

Plough Sunday will be celebrated in Cawston in #Norfolk this weekend. Traditionally, on the first Sunday after Epiphany, a plough was blessed to begin the new agricultural season.
"it's a real joy to revive the tradition of Plough Sunday. It gives us a chance to remember and thank all of those people who work in the fields around us to provide our food and it allows us to pray for them as they go about their important work." Revd Andrew Whitehead.
