You ever check out @EdgehogsNFT back in the day? They were fully encoded on chain, procedurally animated and the dev just wanted to do something cool for the culture of the Blockchain. They had a pretty good run but like most good things in the space, we're quickly forgotten.

Spiridono has been innovating for some time, doing cool things like on-chain animations and re-rolling, creating a game and double on-chain mints through ETH and ordinals. 1/2

Not exactly sure on dates but @EdgehogsNFT have had 🔥fully on-chain animated NFTs and ordinals for a couple years at least. @0xSpiridono 👑 would know

Picasso never promised a shitcoin for staking his paintings. 1/ 🧵 since 2021, I've poured my heart into multiple projects as an NFT creator. Been on OpenSea front page more than once, with volumes pumpimg, discord chat flying, everyone cheering and sharing my art. But despite amazing communities and innovative ideas, each one fizzled out after the initial hype. All along I was taking this personally, but over time it became clear this pattern is everywhere, even with giants like BAYC (-92% down from ATH). The trajectory is almost always the same: initial excitement, followed by a slow bleed-out. This is how I got caught in the Sisyphean trap of chasing "utility."
