Fascinating @BBCFoodProg @bristolfoodconnections @gracedent talked with the panel about the joys of running their own restaurants, but how all is not well in restaurant land. A cocktail of costs, with rising rates hitting the hardest. Sadly, a very real struggle for independents.

Modest #foraging with the last of the wild garlic and rhubarb from Mumโs garden. The garlic will go in to houmous and rhubarb into brownies w/ salted caramel and pecan for tomorrowโs pud night. Very excited to be feeding faces again with a few VIP guests, one of which being Esme!
