Picking #litter is actually a bit like brushing your teeth: things never look better dirty, and it prevents future problems that are more difficult to put right.
Anyway, I don't think I've ever lost my toothbrush in the street...

It took me longer to take these photos than to pick this #litter up, so why can't they do it? ๐ค
Of course there was much more - I filled a large sack full. An interesting insight in pupils' diet too.

The grass verge along this road was desperate for a cut (after all, it had been at least a week...) and picking #litter at the same time is obviously not needed because we have people who do that, for the community ๐

Just another bag full of #litter. A few bits here & there along part of Clermiston Road, down to Queensferry Road. Some cigarette butts, crisp packets, a few cans, a few #plastic bottles, some fastfood litter... & suddenly you got 4.5kg

A walk up #CorstorphineHill ๐ณ where I think @TCVScotland have recently planted more trees.
Sorry guys, but your tree guards keep going walkies! I've reunited some bamboo sticks with stick-less trees.
Also an old crisp packet. I'm sure it says "Best Before DEC 99" ๐ง

Spent an hour & a half doing this, through brambles & nettles. Nobody will even notice it, apart from the rabbits that live here perhaps ๐
But, I know that a full bag of #litter isn't there anymore. Crazy to think that almost all of this is crisp packets. Plus a beer bottle ๐บ

2nd part of my walk: back to #Oban along the A85.
Filled up my bag with plastic #litter from along the road & a ditch, dragged larger #rubbish together & reported for collection by the council.
You could do this full-time & still not be done!
