REACT is a neighbourhood campaign group working with @enfieldcouncil to commit to improving the image and all services for residents in Upper Edmonton.
The Mayor of Enfield, Cllr Doris Jiagge, attended the Jack Petchey Awards at St Annes Catholic School. The Mayor congratulated all the children involved and sent her best wishes to them for their future.
One of the most heartbreaking things I’ve ever seen: a grief-stricken father sat holding the hand of his 15-year-old daughter crushed to death beneath the rubble of a building in Turkey.
Up to 20,000 now feared dead. #earthquakeinturkey
This is an unacceptable track record for someone who's paid almost £30,000 of taxpayers' money.
There needs to be more accountability and less nepotism and reward for underperformance.
So Ergin Erbil has blocked me seeing that he has become the deputy leader leader of Enfield Council. So how many meetings will he miss now but still get the allowances and pay. Many residents complain about the disdain he shows them yet, he is put into this position. Unreal
Why did @EnfieldCouncil deprive small groups and creative businesses from using empty properties 123 Fore Street since 2021 unlike neighbouring @walthamforest allows empty shops for Pop ups to revive high street and boost small businesses
#emptyshops@EnfieldDispatch
REACT is working harder than ever to challenge @EnfieldCouncil to address the deplorable situation we face daily. We continue to fight for a cleaner and safer neighbourhood.
Morning @Nesil_Caliskan@EnfieldCouncil - is any comment required? I’ve lost count how many times I’ve highlighted this corner on College Gardens as a problem. Who has the courage to resolve it? @REACTN18@EdmontonReact
We urge #McDonalds to rethink this wall design as it does not help with the anti social behaviour this attracts and does not appeal to all ages who are their customers.
Thought the walls were undergoing redecorating until I was told that is the decor or decoration completed. Bad corporate image and very poor management oversight. Paintbrush for Xmas.
Suspected local fly tipping truck parked in Lidl with plates obscured and back full of junk. Owned by our ‘friends‘ from Stockton Road I think. @EnfieldCouncil@MPSUpprEdmonton
We agree it is time to let local communities & businesses decide what is needed to make our town centres work for all. We look forward to real community engagement with @EnfieldCouncil in their regeneration projects.

Take Back the High Street: Putting communities in charge of their own town centres, argues that we need to turn high streets into genuinely civic spaces and to give communities themselves greater ownership and influence over their own town centres powertochange.org.uk/news/cu…#weagree
They put a camera on my street after the slasher Then took them down again about a month later. Time we split from Enfield and revived our own Edmonton Council
Enfield don’t respect us we are last on their list
Another consultation on poverty in Edmonton. Are these people for real. For the past 25 years we have had so many consultations on tackling inequality and child poverty in Edmonton and they all was.a waste of our time and energy.
Enf Town gets mayor funding, extra CCTV crime prevention. Yet N18 gets nothing to write about despite almost 2x the amount of crime per 1000 residents. @nneka4G I really want to believe that N18 isn’t treated less favourably than other areas of Enfield, but it is hard work!
.@Nesil_Caliskan as I keep saying it isn’t just me moaning. If I was the leader of a Council where this sort of thing is normal I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.
