Anything you do not practice will humble you till you get better at it.
If you’re a marathon runner, try rowing and see how you do. If you’re a boxer, try wrestling and see how you perform. If you’re a powerlifter, try Pilates, see how you do.
All I’m trying to say is, performance in any physical discipline is based on the SAID principle ( specific adaptation to imposed demands).
Simply put, you adapt and perform better at whatever you practice consistently.
