Purpose: Establish a long-term vision and technical-economic model for decentralized AI infrastructure.
Key Elements:
Three-layer architecture:
1. Execution Layer: Real-time, peer-to-peer task execution.
2. Application Layer: Builder-defined apps within the network.
3. Settlement Layer: Blockchain-connected payouts, staking, dispute resolution.
Incentive Model:
- Each app has two pools: Revenue Pool & Contribution Pool.
- Contribution Pool allows participants to "buy shares" for revenue.
- Universal Basic Income (UBI) mechanism to keep workforce ready.
- Multi-token payment with burn to attract external projects.

Current Metrics and Milestones:
- Tasks Completed: 42,000
- Task Types Introduced: 6
- Active Testers: ~40 total across both Alpha phases
Top Contributors:

Highlights from Alpha Phase 1 & 2:
Two full Alpha testing phases are now complete. Testing focused on onboarding, dashboard usability, payment functionality, manager node stability, and internal infrastructure stress tests. Overall, the system ran smoothly with no critical breakdowns. User Feedback Summary: Positive: Most reported that onboarding, task life cycle and payments ran efficiently.
Areas to Improve:
- Some lag during task claiming
- Repetitive task approvals felt cumbersome
- Request for “Instructions” buttons in more UI spots
- Desire for keyboard shortcuts to boost task speed
Platform Updates and Next Steps:
- UI Refresh: Ongoing visual and usability improvements
- Task Infrastructure: Optimizing task distribution and processing
- Payment System: Overhaul underway to resolve previous issues
- Multi-Device Support: Fix in progress for using multiple devices without account conflicts (real-time sync coming later)

Key Takeaways from Initial Testing:
- Testing has been highly successful.
- Early testers have provided valuable feedback, helping identify edge cases and areas for improvement.
- There have been no major outages or critical issues.
Platform Status:
- The platform is performing as expected.
- As with any large-scale launch, some bugs have surfaced, but nothing unmanageable or unexpected.
- The platform is currently paused for a few days to address bug fixes and prepare for a major release!! Payment System is here!
Testing is expected to resume by the end of this week
Next Steps in the Alpha Phase:
- Payments will go live with the new release.
- Additional testers will be added to further stress-test the system.
- More task types will be introduced as the platform expands its capabilities.

Platform Progress & Internal Testing
Near-Launch Readiness:
Internal testing continues to show solid progress, with recent bug fixes and UI improvements implemented. The team has been actively refining core tools like the task poster and campaign creation interfaces.
Infrastructure Highlights:
- Registration code system is now functional for onboarding new users.
- Performance tracking and platform metrics are in development.
- The platform is currently hosted on both a devnet and a mainnet environment, preparing for broader testing phases.
Platform Walkthrough Demo
Live Demo by Miguel:
A guided walkthrough of the platform highlighted key flows for testers and workers, including:
- Login and registration using invite codes
- Task navigation and worker dashboard overview
- Task execution interface
Alpha Tester Onboarding
First Wave Starts May 13:
Rochelle shared the onboarding plan for alpha testers. The rollout will begin with a small group and expand as capacity allows.
- Codes will be distributed via email and Discord DMs.
- Dedicated Discord channels and regular voice calls will support testers.
- A new call series focused on workers and platform usage will launch alongside onboarding.
Community Events & Marketing
Alpha Summer Camp – Launching June:
An upcoming marketing campaign, titled Alpha Summer Camp, will kick off in June. Expect engaging challenges, community-driven activities, and prizes. More details to come soon.
