We need some Gs and people with power which decide to support people who work in healthcare jobs in hard shifts for a very shitty payment at the end of the month.
I work with disabled people since 16 years while being disabled myself. In fucked up shifts like 21 in the evening till 8 in the morning for a payment which is very low.
I love this job and I'm no business guy etc.. but the low payment and hard conditions kill me slowly.
We care for the weakest in this society but get treated so bad.
Knowing you will never drive a nice car and never be able to buy something expensive despite how hard you work hits hard.
I hope someday someone with power and money will change that for us.
