I went back to check Tumelo Nku's application for postponement on Thursday. His lawyer P. Du Plessis, said he couldn't attend because there was bereavement in the family. He was actually supposed to appear on the day. He was just lucky that Chief Mashaba's evidence was taking long, otherwise the Chair said they wouldn't have granted it. Hectic!
