LET THE FRAMEWORK WARS BEGIN

This is awesome
VoidZero is joining Cloudflare. Our mission stays the same: to make JavaScript developers more productive than ever before. Vite, Vitest, Rolldown, Oxc, and Vite remain MIT-licensed. Evan and the VoidZero team will continue leading them. Cloudflare shares our commitment to open source. Together, we can keep investing in the tooling developers rely on every day, while bringing the Vite ecosystem and Cloudflare’s platform even closer together.

my go to method whenever I change any infra/api/app core code is just "run a review subagent and fix any issues it pulls up, then rinse and repeat" it might run for 20-30 minutes but damn i haven't had an issue yet

Let me get this straight. Companies decided to lay off devs because of AI productivity. Now those companies are spending more on AI than they would have on humans, yet they can’t trace any substantial improvements compared to when humans did the work. The only ones making profits are the AI companies. Absolute cinema.

First for our new full-screen renderer (which should get rid of bugs like screen flickering), we’ve made a number of fixes for different environments and terminals. You can turn it with the command: /tui feedback We're working on making it the default in Claude Code soon.

It's funny to see how some vibe coding platforms were built with OpenAI models, and now OpenAI has built their own platform because they can. Companies like Lovable now seem like an extra payment when you can just pay for Codex.

Building apps has never been easier. With Sites, Codex can turn your work, ideas, and plans into an interactive website or app your team can explore, use, and share with a URL. Rolling out to Business and Enterprise plans, before expanding more broadly.
